I have been searching for a good skin care line for my fussy skin (combination, acne prone and sensitive!), and a friend of mine suggested a name: Mario Bodescue. I decided to go to his website, and see what they are all about. Their detailed information about the products and skin analysis was very helpful to pick the right regiment for me, however I was still skeptical to commit. Well a week later I received a package with samples of complete skincare line specifically designed for me (just because I filled out the survey). I have been using it for about a week and a half and I absolutely love it! My skin looks great, breakouts began to get smallers, acne scars are slowly fading and the dry patches went away. Here is what I have been using .
Enzyme Cleansing Gel
Special Cucumber Lotion
Strawberry Scrub (2x per week)
Drying Cream (on pimple spots)
Soothing and Healing Mask (once a week)
I hope that helps to you all struggling with the same issue .
I recently got an opportunity to work with 3 amazing people: the one and only Richard Windslow (photography), Samuel Ng (styling), and Nasreen Ameri (modeling). Few hours of creative collaboration and voila! Here are the results:
As you see there are few repeating themes for this season: cat eye, “the natural look”, and bold lip. One of my absolute favorites is two tone lips!. All you do is take two colored lip sticks, do the top with one, then do the bottom with the other, pucker up your lips and done! You get ombre lips .
Here is the photo shoot that I have recently done of a beautiful model Ms. Ena Roma. Here are the photos . You must click on the image to see the full view .

Recently I had a pleasure to do makeup for the Antwerp 5 Workshop at SAIC in Chicago. Here are some outtakes from the shoot:
First my Beautiful Models:
Alyssa from Factor Women with her makeup done by yours truly. Our inspiration was the ” flawless face” and “no makeup look”.
My 2nd model and a wonderful designer. I got to work on this project with Inge. I worked on the skin, and she finished the look off with the makeup made out of frosting.
The legendary makeup artist Ms. Inge Grognard. She is a true inspiration!
Some of my favorite designs of the day: tribal headpiece and mattress pants.
Here is the photo shoot with did with a beautiful blonde name Sylvia. The shoot was 14 hours long, but we had some much fun!
Few weeks ago, I teamed up with Jeremy Witteveen,Tina Serafini and Ben Rodig to do a photo shoot of a beautiful up-and-coming model Nicole Recine. Here is a sneak peak of what we came up with. I love it!!
So I went to Sephora few weeks ago in a search of a lavender lipstick that I wanted to incorporate into the next shoot, however after searching the entire store nothing came close to what I envisioned. So one of the color specialists there introduced me to Flash Palette by Makeup Forever, and it was a love from the first sight. The 12 basic colors can be mixed pretty much into any color you desire, and the pigments could be used as a lipstick, cream eyeshadow, or anything else you desire. Best buy ever!
I recently assisted with a photo shoot of a lovely couple Mara and Ed. Here is what we came up with .

So here is my take on the wonderful tutorial by Pixiwoo. I haven’t purchased the Urban Decay Naked Pallet as of yet, so the colors are a bit different, but as I said, this is my version of it . Here is what I came up with.
